• Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
• Please respect your fellow RVers. If there are any problems please inform Gem Country RV Park.
• In the case of an emergency, please dial 911.
• Parents/Guardians are responsible for the conduct of their children and/or visiting children at all times.
• All parties listed below are responsible for the conduct of any visiting guests.
• No minor Alcohol consumption on the premises. 
• Absolutely no form of illegal drugs will be tolerated on these premises. 
• Pets are allowed, but may not be left outside your RV unattended. Please keep them on a leash and clean up after them. Barking and/or aggressive dogs will not be tolerated. Vaccination records should be kept on hand at all times.
• Fireworks are not permitted in the RV Park.
• Campfires are allowed in fire rings only (coming soon) and only when fire restrictions are not in place.
• On departure you are responsible for cleaning your site and disposing of your trash in the dumpster. Please leave your site as you found it.

In consideration for myself, and all persons entering under my supervision, being permitted to stay at Gem Country RV Park, I and all persons listed below, agree to the following Waiver and Release: I hereby knowingly and intentionally waive and release, indemnify and hold harmless, Gem Country RV Park including all officers and employees of all liability for injuries caused by, but not limited to, the following activities: campfires, dogs, bumps, bicycle or motorcycle use, electronic scooters and encounters with wildlife or Mother Nature.

I acknowledge that RVing has many hazards and that there are risks that cannot be eliminated, particularly in a wilderness environment. I hereby acknowledge that Gem Country RV Park is not responsible for any theft, loss or damage incurred during my stay. My signature below confirms that I have read and agree to abide by all rules and guidelines at Gem Country RV Park. I also understand that I can be asked to leave the property, without refund, for failure to follow said rules and guidelines.

I hereby consent to photographs and videos taken of me and all parties listed below during our stay at Gem Country RV Park for purposes of event documentation and promotion of Gem Country RV Park. Names will not be published. My signature confirms that I have a valid rabies certificates for any pets in my party. A copy will be provided if necessary.
